CSCTF 2026 Rules
Official competition rules and guidelines. Final rules will be published closer to the event.
Team Requirements
- Teams may have 1-5 members
- All team members must register individually
- Team formation is finalized at competition start
- No team changes allowed during competition
Fair Play
- No sharing of flags between teams
- No attacking competition infrastructure
- No denial of service attacks
- No brute-forcing flag submission
Prohibited Actions
- Automated flag submission tools
- Sharing solutions publicly during competition
- Using multiple accounts
- Any form of cheating or plagiarism
Scoring
- Dynamic scoring based on solve count
- First blood bonuses for first solves
- Hints may reduce available points
- Ties broken by submission time
