By accessing chronos-security.ro (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms and to our Website Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

These Terms cover your use of the Website and any content we publish here. Participation in our CTF events is governed by the CTF Terms of Service and CTF Privacy Policy, not by this page.

- probe, scan, or attack the Website or its providers; introduce malware; or disrupt availability;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk‑collect data from the Website without written permission;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate Chronos Security staff.
5. Content and IP
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Chronos Security or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access and display the Website for personal, non‑commercial use. You may link to our pages in a fair and legal manner. Do not frame, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

If you send us information via email or forms (feedback, inquiries, reports):
- you represent you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful;
- you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use the submission to operate the Website and respond to your request;

To report a security issue affecting the Website, email contact@chronos-security.ro with subject Security Disclosure and include steps to reproduce. Do not publicly disclose details until we confirm resolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronos Security and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Website. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Website is limited to €100. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Exclusive forum: the competent courts of Ploiești, Romania. Governing language: English; translations are for convenience only.
13. General
If a clause is invalid, the remainder remains effective. These Terms form the entire agreement for your use of the Website.
